Luxury line Silversea has started its first year round trip around the Galapagos on the Silver Galapagos.
The ship will go between a Western trip which goes around the western, southern and eastern islands and a seven-night North-Central Itinerary that goes to the northeast, southeast and central islands, reported USA Today.
"The western itinerary will feature stops in Santiago, Bartolomé, Isabela, Fernandina, Floreana, San Cristóbal and Santa Cruz. The north central itinerary will include stops in Santa Cruz, Genovesa, Seymour Norte, San Cristóbal, Española, and Plazas Sur," reported USA Today.
Fares start at $5,450 per person.
Silversea, also has a world cruise planned for 2015 that will include 50 ports in five continents.
The voyage will take 115 days and start on January 5, 2015 and last until May 1. The trip starts in Los Angeles and ends in Fort Lauderdale, reports USA Today.
The trip first heads west to the South Pacific to Australia where it will go on to Asia then head to Afriacn Ports and then across the Atlantic to the Carribbean islands.
The trip will go to amazing locations around the globe including but not limited to Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malasyia, Seychelles, Mombasa, Kenya, Zanzibar, Senegal, St Lucia, St. Barts and more.
"The voyage, which opened for bookings on Monday, has been designed to offer extended time in many of the ports, with late departures from eight of the stops and overnight calls in nine locations including Papeete, French Polynesia; Sydney; Hong Kong; Ho Chi Minh City; and Mombasa," reported USA Today.
Fares start at $58, 950 for the 115 day cruise based on a double occupancy. The price include overnight stays at luxury hotels, business class air, transfers, and $4000 to spend on board.
Holland America also has a new around-the-world cruise for 2014 planned that will stop in 28 ports on five continents. The voyage is 113 days and can take up to 1,380 passengers Amsterdam ship.
