"Twilight's" Peter Facinelli and former 90210 actress Jennie Garth, who used to be married, have sold their home in Toluca Lake, California. The Los Angeles Times reported that the house was sold for $3.99 million to Bill Prady, who is a co creator of the tv show, "The Big Bang Theory."
The house was built in 1937 and has a Hollywood history including being owned by country singer Tex Ritter and was the childhood home of actor John Ritter. The house was enlarged and renovated and has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 8,416 square feet of living space.
"There are formal living and dining rooms, a bar room, game room, kitchen with a fireplace, two master bedroom suites, gym, media room and dual offices.
The gated, nearly half-acre property contains a five-car garage, an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool," reported The Los Angeles Times.
Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have finalized their divorce a few months ago. Garth who is best known for her role as Kelly Taylor in "Beverly Hills 90210" and Facinelli as aan actor in The "Twilight Saga" have put an end to their 11 year marriage.
"While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children," Facinelli and Garth said in a joint statement at the time they separated, reportedThe Los Angeles Times. "We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together."
People Magazine reported that the divorce papers were signed and finalized on Tuesday and the couple shares 50-50 custody of their three daughters, Luca Bella, 15, Lola Ray, 10, and Fiona Eve, 6.
"The magazine said that Facinelli and Garth each declined spousal support. But one interesting component of the agreement is that they have have joint bank accounts for "the care and education" of their daughters, TMZ said. Both parents will have access to and are expected to put equal amounts of money into the account," reported The Los Angeles Times.
