Urbanspoon recommends Sammy's Wild Game Grill in Houston, Texas for exotic meat hot dogs like antelope or ostrich, odd toppings like poached egg of kimchi at Senate in Cincinatti, Ohio, or Hot Doug's in Chicago, IL for a foie gras hot dog. Then there are the classics like Gray's Papaya in New York City and Pink's Hot Dogs in Los Angeles.
