Bynes Rihanna Feud: The Actress Takes to Twitter to Verbally Bash Singer for No Apparent Reason

Troubled actress Amanda Bynes is continuing her path of strange behavior, unleashing an angry tirade against singer Rihanna on Twitter on Monday, according to E! Online.

She called Rihanna "ugly" to start with then followed that up with more vitriol

"Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough," Bynes tweeted. "No one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna."

Bynes deleted the tweets relatively soon after posting them, but not soon enough to prevent Rihanna from finding out about them.

"Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?" Rihanna tweeted, showing a sense of humor about the verbal attack.

Bynes was not finished, however.

"Unlike ur fugly faced self I don't do drugs," Bynes tweeted. "U need the intervention dog!

"I met ur ugly face in person," Bynes continued. "U aren't pretty u know it!"

Rihanna didn't respond further and the tweets stopped then. There is no apparent reason for Bynes lashing out, though Rihanna has recently been linked to singer Drake. Bynes previously tweeted that she wanted him to murder her vagina.

Later in the day on Monday, Bynes denied posting the tweets entirely.

"I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions," she tweeted. "I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!

"Rihanna and I met and I'm sure we'll be in a music video together one day!" Bynes finished.

The actress recently got into a Twitter war with Jenny McCarthy, though the two patched things up afterwards.

Bynes has been going through a troubled period, with a recent arrest and a missed court appearance for driving without a license. She has accused the police who arrested her of sexual harassment, posting on her Twitter account that she is going to sue and has recently posted about having an eating disorder.
