Rapper Gucci Mane might have to do some jail time.
The 33-year old has been indicted on one count of aggravated assault.
Born Radric Davis, Gucci Mane reportedly attacked a fan at a Harlem Nights club on March 16.
Reportedly the fan, who also happened to be a soldier, approached a security guard once he saw Gucci Mane arrive.
"I'm in the military. I wanted to get a picture Gucci Mane, is it OK?" the soldier reportedly asked the bouncer.
That's when Gucci Mane hit the fan over the head with a champagne bottle, MTV.com reported.
The victim then went to the hospital, where he got 10 stitches. As a result of this scuffle, Gucci Mane went to court in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, Tuesday.
Other cases are coming out, as people who have had altercations with the rapper are stepping forward.
One Philadelphia man said Gucci Mane socked him on the side of his face at a bar just two nights after the Harlem Nights incident.
"I haven't ever been so humiliated in my life, and disrespected," he said. "He punched me on the left side of my face, right here in the jaw, knocking off my glasses."
In the past, Gucci Mane has been incarcerated for drug, assault and weapon-related transgressions.
He has also gotten cited for driving on the wrong side of the road, damaging government property and obstruction.
It's no wonder Gucci Mane might run in with the law once more, as the infamous trap rapper is often quite open with his lifestyle in his music.
One look at his catalog and you'll see that this is the life of Gucci, who is responsible for such hooks as, "Pounds in a trash bag/tell me what's the number? Pills in a nap sack/ chickens in the Hummer. Trap house bunkin'/I done made another hundred."
