Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez Involved In Paparazzi Scuffle (VIDEO/PHOTOS)

Halle Berry and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, were involved in yet another brawl on Monday, this time involving the paparazzi.

Photographers surrounded Berry and Martinez, who was carrying Berry's daughter, Nahla, as they arrive at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on a return flight from Hawaii. Nahla was seen covering her eyes to avoid the flashing lights.

"How was Hawaii?" yelled paparazzi, in video taken by TMZ, as the actress grew increasingly annoyed. At one point it appeared a photographer bumped into them.

"Get away, there's a child," she said. "What the f--k is wrong with you people?"

As the two actors walked closer to their waiting car, the scene became chaotic, with photographers yelling at each other, and Berry chiding them about their behavior in photographing her daughter.

As they entered the car, the intensity of the situation increased, and Martinez began to get out of the car, in what appeared to be an attempt to get physical with a photographer.

"Olivier, no!" she said, pushing him back into the vehicle. The photographer continued trying to get photographs inside the car as the family was leaving.

Berry has previously spoken out about her dislike of paparazzi and many other celebrities share the same complaint, that photographers get too close, especially when they are with their children. She has supported a measure that would ban paparazzi from taking unauthorized photographs of the children of celebrities.

This is also not the first time Berry and Martinez have had a violent encounter. Previously, Martinez was involved in a violent incident with Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, who is also the father of her daughter, Nahla.

Last Thanksgiving the two men got into a physical altercation when Aubry showed up at Berry's house for a routine exchange of their daughter, according to their custody agreement and the two men started a verbal altercation. No charges were filed.
