Could kissing one of the sexiest men alive be disgusting? It could if you are Kirsten Dunst.
In an interview with Bullet magazine, Dunst talked about a scene she did with Pitt in the film "Interview with the Vampire" in 1994, when she was 10.
"It was just a peck," Dunst said. "Everyone at the time was like, 'You're so lucky you kissed Brad Pitt,' but I thought it was disgusting.
"I didn't kiss anyone else until I was 16, I think," she said. "I was a late bloomer."
Dunst talked about Pitt off the camera.
"I remember Brad would watch lots of 'Real World' episodes," she said. "He had this long hair. He was just hippie-ish cool."
This is not the first time Dunst has discussed the kiss. She talked to Interview magazine in 1998, when she said, "It was horrible and I hated it."
"Kissing Brad was so uncomfortable for me," she said. "I remember saying in interviews that I thought it was gross, that Brad had cooties. I mean, I was ten.
"Brad and Tom were like my big brothers on the set, so it was like kissing your big brother - totally gross."
According to Dunst, Pitt did not enjoy the experience either.
"How do you think I feel?" she recalled him saying. "I have to kiss a little girl."
"Interview with the Vampire" was filmed nearly 20 years ago, and yet Dunst is still often asked about that kiss. In the film, Dunst and Pitt both played vampires who lived together as a family.
Since the film, Dunst has gone on to star in films such as "Spider Man" and its sequels, and cult favorite "Bring It On." She's currently starring in the upcoming film adaptation of the Jack Kerouac novel, "On the Road."
Pitt has gone on to star in "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," "Fight Club," the "Ocean's Eleven" franchise, and "Moneyball," for which he received an Academy Award nomination.
