Air travelers are once again facing cancellations due to endless winter weather. Thousands of travelers are having changes in their flight schedules as hundreds of flights are canceled.
According to USA Today, more than 460 flights have been cancelled on Monday, which puts the total at 1,300 since Sunday due to a late winter storm that's heading from the Rockies to the East Coast.

However the east coast isn't the only area affected by the storm. The cancellations are widespread as dozens of flights were nixed at busy Midwest airports like Chicago O'Hare, Indianapolis and St. Louis.
Airports in the south are even being affected. According to USA Today, airports in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, Nashville and Norfolk (Va.) saw cancellations at a higher than usual rate.
These cancellations come after more than 500 flights were canceled on Sunday. One Sunday, (St. Louis, Chicago O'Hare and Indianapolis saw the most cancellations. On Saturday, more than 400 flights were cancelled as the storm approached Denver.
Most big airlines carriers offer special rebooking policies for flights that are affected by storms. The policies vary depending on the airline but most allow passengers to make at least one change within a certain time period without having to pay an additional fare or fee.
Even though spring officially started last week, this new storm is going to be a big one. Places like St. Louis, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh are expected to get seven inches of snow while some areas may receive up to a foot. Winter may not be over yet.
