The Norwegian Getaway is set to debut next year and among it's featured will be a magic experience and even a Grammy cruise.
Norwegian Cruise Line is teaming up with The Recording Academy to offer a Grammy-themed voyage next year.
During the annual Cruise Shipping Miami conference, the Grammy cruise was revealed. It is set to take place on the Norwegian Getaway, which is still under construction.
To entertain Grammy lovers, Norwegian will add a display of Grammy artifacts to the 4,000-passenger Getaway as it is being constructed. This will be the first Grammy Experience at Sea.
The Grammy Experience will be located on Deck 8 of the ship. It will be curated by the Grammy Museum at L.A. Live in Los Angeles and feature live evening performances by past Grammy winners and nominees, among others, the line says, according to USA Today.
There aren't too many other details as of yet, but Norwegian will reveal more information about the Grammy Experience venue, performances and the Grammy- themed cruise in the next few months.
The 4,028-passenger Norwegian Getaway, which will launch in January, will also have a new a new dining and entertainment experience called The Illusionarium.
According to Cruise Critic, the Illusionarium is "inspired by the science fiction of Jules Verne, the artistry of magicians such as Houdini and the popularity of recent blockbusters featuring supernatural characters."
The immersive experience will ne comprised of 12 shows per cruise with two shows per night. The venue will ne able to seat 230-240 passengers.
Norwegian Getaway debuts in Europe and will reposition to its permanent port in Miami. It will sail to the Caribbean on seven-night trips. The ship will also have a seafood restaurant by celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian, many cabin options and a large indoor-outdoor space with restaurants and bars.
