Odom Falls Asleep: Khloe Kardashian's Husband Naps During Child Custody Hearing In New York

Los Angeles Clippers' forward Lamar Odom, who has made his living sitting on a bench, took his work to the court, literally.

The husband of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians'" star, Khloe Kardashian, during his child custody hearing in New York fell asleep on the hard, not-so-comfortable courthouse bench on Tuesday, according to NY Post.

When an office saw him in his slumber, he approached the hoopster and asked "excuse me, are you okay?" When Lamar said he was okay, the officer told him, "I need you to sit up," reported NY Post.

"Beyond just being embarrassing, this isn't exactly the way to portray himself as a man who really is interested in his children's lives, now is it?" said thestir.cafemom.com.

All of this was happening while his attorneys and the representation for his, what NY Post calls, "baby mamma," Liza Morales, argued about details regarding the child support and visitation, in ragards to his two children--Destiny, 14, and Lamar Jr., 11.

As for Morales, she is doing her own reality gig, on TLC s "Starter Wives," even though she was never actually married to Odom and in an open letter published in The Daily Beast, said Odom's whirlwind romance and marriage to Kardashian hit her like a ton of bricks.

"I don't think I'll forget the tight knot I felt in the pit of my stomach the morning I received the text message with three simple words on the screen. It read 'I'm getting married' and it was from the man I'd spent more than 10 years of my life with," she said.

Adding, "years that included us getting engaged in 2000 and becoming parents to one daughter and two sons. Yet not long after our separation Lamar Odom was getting married to Khloe, a woman he'd met four weeks before."

This has caused much hostilities between her and Odom--she only talks to the father of her children through third parties.

"We kept things cordial for the children's sake after the breakup, but that changed when he married Khloe," she said.

"Now we only communicate through third parties and lawyers, which I regret deeply since it is exactly what we each experienced as children and said we wouldn't do to our kids."

The funny part about these comments is that after the comments, she claimed to have "no beefs with the Kardashians."

Really?

Can anyone say, jealous.
