The Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards nominees have been announced, with recent Oscar winners Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway to face off in the Best Female Butt-Kicker role. (Kristen Stewart and Scarlett Johansson are also nominated in this category). Anne Hathaway is being nominated for her role as Catwoman in "The Dark Knight Rises," and Lawrence for playing Katniss in "The Hunger Games," The International Design Times reported.
The Butt-Kicker award would shed a different kind of spotlight on these two actresses who floated down the red carpet in pale evening gowns as they accepted their Oscar trophies. Seeing the two of them in competition at The Kids' Choice Awards could spark more comparisons between the two leading ladies' personalities, according to the International Design Times. While Lawrence is known form her self-deprecating sense of humor and tendency to blurt out whatever crosses her mind, Hathaway is known for her sweet, bubbly personality.
The Kids' Choice Awards' host this year will be "Safe Haven" actor Josh Duhamel. In a promo for the awards, he already proved that he will be a humorous host, dressing up as Taylor Swift, One Direction member Harry Styles, Carly Rae Jepson, PSY and others, The New York Daily News reported.
