Universal Studios Dares the Brave

This fall, Universal Studios challenges brave souls to confront their fears in the latest of its haunted houses: "Insidious: The Further."

The spooky attraction, inspired by Sony's hit film series produced in association with Blumhouse Productions, will debut at Universal Orlando Resort on Aug. 30 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on Sep. 5.

Visitors will be hurled into the dark world of the Lamberts, the family haunted by spectral entities from another dimension known as 'The Further.'

In addition to stealing scenes from famous films, this walkthrough also features some spine-chilling movie characters, including the evil Red-Faced Demon and ghostly Bride in Black. Visitors are led from one haunting room to the next, where frights lurk around every corner.

Universal Studios is not just stopping with this Insidious-themed haunt. In total, the Halloween Horror Nights at the park feature ten new themed houses, plus additional scare zones and a live show in Orlando.

The Hollywood version of the event is touting eight haunted houses and, of course, the legendary Terror Tram to ensure a festival of frights running through Nov. 3.

Ticket options vary to accommodate the different levels of horror lovers. From general admission to premium R.I.P. tours, an option that will fit anyone's needs for the events is available.

On top of that, Universal Studios in Orlando offers a 'Premium Scream Night' for the more exclusive guests, allowing guests to see all of the haunted houses before opening.

Any fan of Halloween's thrill and the supernatural simply can't miss this haunted house.

A Night of Scary Fun

Universal Studios Japan is all set to treat horror fans with the latest addition of yet another horror attraction, this time themed on the Resident Evil game series.

Known in Japan as Biohazard, this frightening attraction, "Biohazard Night of Heroes," is just the newest entry in a long line of collaborations between Universal Studios and the Osaka-based video game developer Capcom.

The haunt opens on Sep. 6 as the Halloween celebration at the park continues until Nov. 4.

Exclusively designed for the night, Biohazard Night of Heroes promises to transform Universal Studios into a world of terrors with zombies and other iconic monsters from the franchise.

Guests will have to navigate through a spooky, abandoned laboratory that used to belong to the infamous Umbrella Corporation. Now overrun with zombies, this adds a riveting layer of adventure to the experience.

Universal Studios invites guests to join Clair, Chris, Leon, and Jill, some of Resident Evil's most iconic heroes, as they try to survive over encounters with horrifying creatures like the Licker, Nemesis, and even a chainsaw-wielding maniac in a fight for life.

The attraction is very intense and, therefore, not recommended for young children or those sensitive to graphic content.
