Spears' Grocery List: Former X Factor Judge Goes Shopping In Stained Sweatpants

To show just how crazy people are with celebrities, news outlets throughout the world have been covering the former X Factor judge, Britney Spears wearing stained sweatpants while going grocery shopping.

Yes, that is right, it has become that ridiculous.

The Daily Mail of England reported that The 31-year-old singer looked as if she might have spilled something down the front of her trousers as she walked into the grocery store Sunday, near her home in Westlake Village.

However, the newspaper was also quick to point out the rest of her attire:

Though her trousers were soiled with what looked like a water stain running along both legs, Britney wore full make-up and had her hair done up nicely in a pony tail.

For her shopping outing, the singer also threw on a burgundy turtleneck jumper and a grey sweatshirt over top.

On her feet, she wore what appeared to be a pair of construction boots.

Once the news hit that Spears went shopping, fans immediately flocked to the internet for more information:

Interest has been sparked in what a celebrity like Britney Spears would put on her shopping list and fans have been searching for what items Spears had listed when she visited a Los Angeles supermarket at the weekend, according to christianpost.com.

They added that upon a closer look the shopping list reveals that the "Hit Me Baby One More Time" singer was simply planning on getting every day essential items such as ginger ale, tomatoes, Lunchables, ham, orange juice, 2% milk, Smart popcorn, bread and chicken.

TMZ reported that her fans were very complimentary of Spears' mothering skills

"I don't know what people expected Britney to be getting from a supermarket? A gold-plated horses head? Of course she would be getting things like orange juice and milk, wake up people," wrote one Twitter user.

"Lovely seeing ms. Spears being a regular every day girl. Looks like she is doing well," complimented one Facebook user.
