Is Wyoming the most photogenic state in America?
Selected from over 8,000 entries captured by about 1,400 amateur photographers, the winning images from the National Park Foundation's 2018 Share The Experience photo competition have been announced. And for the first time in the contest's history, all three top prize winners and the most popular fan favorite were all snapped in the same state. Perhaps that's fitting, given that Wyoming is home to the first national park (Yellowstone), the first national monument (Devils Tower) and the first national forest (Shoshone) as well as 25 national historic landmarks and 11 nationally recognized areas, trails and monuments.
