Gaga Unable To Walk: 'Show Injury' Forces Postponement of 'Born This Way Ball'

Playing through injury in the sports field means one is tough, but the same can be said in the music industry.

Just ask Lady Gaga, who stilled toured even with a painful injury that left her unable to walk.

"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime [sic] now, over the past month it has worsened," Lady Gaga tweeted Tuesday afternoon. "I've been praying it would heal," according to CNN.

Her aliment, which CNN reports is synovitis, a severe inflammation of joints, her Twitter postings said, has forced the cancelation of a few tour dates:

Wednesday and Thursday in Chicago, Saturday in Detroit and Sunday in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, according to eonline.com.

No make-up dates have been announced yet, but Lady Gaga has issued an apology to all of her fans in those cities.

Gaga tweeted that she hid the injury from her staff since "I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans," stated CNN.

"However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't," she tweeted, reported CNN.

"To the fans in Chicago Detroit & Hamilton I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. Im devasted [sic] & sad," she continued to tweet, adding, "It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and Im sorry," according to eonline.com.

The 26-year-old diva hopes to resume her "Born This Way Ball Tour" next Tuesday in Philadelphia, according to eonline.com
