Drunk British Airways Crew Members Cause Scene on Board Flight

A group of drunken British Airways crew members caused quite the scene on a recent flight. The flight attendants involved in the drunken rampage were off-duty.

Several off-duty flight attendants downed a few bottles of champagne and red wine in First class and engaged in some shocking behavior on a January 26 flight.

Passengers claim the British Airways staff was screaming and acting "like spoiled brats," The Sun reports. Some even engaged in kissing and "heavy petting."

Some passengers paid over $11,000 for their premium seats and they weren't too happy when they weren't able to sleep on board. Passengers complained and the crew was told that they couldn't drink any more, which caused an uproar.

"They were behaving like drunken spoilt brats and were incredibly unprofessional. They were running up and down the aisles, falling over and disturbing passengers. They let the airline down badly," a passenger told The Sun.

British Airways released a statement, apologizing for the drunken scene.
"We apologise to customers. We're investigating and will take any appropriate action," spokesperson said, according to The Sun.

This incident comes after a drunk off-duty pilot groped a female passenger. The pilot had been drinking on board. He later passed out and collapsed in front of passengers. He was suspended for the second time in a few months.

However it isn't just the crew that has gotten into drunken antics. In January, a British Airways flight had to make an emergency landing due to two drunken middle-aged women who started a riot. The 50 and 43-year-old women were cursing, threatening passengers and refused to sit in their seat, but the last straw was when they tried to storm the cockpit.
