Katy Perry Grammys 2013: Singer Turns Heads with Cleavage-Enhancing Gucci Dress [PHOTOS]

Katy Perry didn't win an award at the 2013 Grammys, but she's still the talk of the town due to her figure-forming dress which accentuated her cleavage.

Perry kept her look relatively simple, but she still managed to leave many stunned. She wore a mint green Gucci gown which conservative for the most part, with the exception of her cleavage.

The gown accentuated Perry's natural breasts, which was likely frowned upon by CBS as the network put a ban on ultra-sexy outfits for the night.
Before the 2013 Grammys, CBS, which broadcasted the awards show, released the following message.

"Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic," the email wrote, according to the Huffington Post.

Perry's side-boob and under curvature was under control, but that didn't stop her from flaunting the girls for everyone to see.

And people noticed.

Ellen Degeneres was particularly impressed by Perry's breasts.

Perry attended the Grammys with the lucky John Mayer, who she is dating after her divorce from Russell Brand.

Mayer recently told CBS Sunday Morning that his relationship with Perry feels relatively normal.
"For the first time in my life, I don't feel like I'm in a celebrity relationship," Mayer told Anthony Mason on CBS Sunday Morning. "I really don't. I'm not in a high-profile...I know it's high profile. It's hard to explain. For me, it feels like something that's very human," he explained.

Perry was nominated for Best Pop Solo Vocal Performance for "Wide Awake" but she lost out to Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain."

Perry introduced the winner for Best New Artist, noting that she was never nominated for the category. ""I was never even nominated in this category and I have my own eyelash line. Take that Bon Iver," she said.
