‘Westworld’ Season 2 Update: Evan Rachel Wood To Play A Different Character In Season 2; New Dolores Abernathy Will Evolve

"Westworld" season 2 is currently in talks and some of its stars couldn't hide the excitement as they will reprise their respective roles in the upcoming season. Evan Rachel Wood is among the stars who will reprise her role. Lately, she invited all her viewers to continue watching the series since she will portray the other side of Dolores Abernathy.

In this HBO sci-fi western, she will play as the sensitive robot, Dolores. The follow-up season is produced by JJ Abrams. The season one finale already gave viewers a hint on what will happen with Wood's character. Basically, she went on a certain transformation during the series plot-twist. Thus, Wood anticipated that such transformation will affect her character in season 2, NME reported.

The "Westworld' star also added that she is excited on how the upcoming season will show the different personality of Dolores Abernathy since only a little hint was shown on the first season finale. Season 2 is expected to show her new character. It will also show that she has been programmed which affects how she behaves and acts.

Meanwhile, HBO's Casey Bloys also revealed that "Westworld" season 2 is expected to happen sometime in 2018. For the meantime, the production still focuses on its shooting and thus, no exact date has been announced yet.

Movie Pilot also reported that showrunner Jonathan Nolan made some changes with the parts of the plot which be a follow up to the previous season. Being the showrunner, Nolan tries to makes sure that he will deal with the pros and cons on how viewers wanted the second season to come.

Meanwhile, some of the online bloggers already know how the third part of the plot will turn out and this made Nolan decide to change how the plot of season 2 goes. As of now, viewers still need to wait a little time before they'll have to watch their favorite characters of this highly anticipated HBO sci-fi series.
