"The Bachelor" Chris Soules has been known for being a good person and someone who rose to fame from a reality hit TV series. He is known for being a charming young man in a small town and an antidote to Juan Pablo but recently, all good comments about him were debugged after he fled from a car crash killing one person.
It was on Monday when Soules was arrested and charged with a case as he left the scene where the fatal car crash happened. During the incident, he killed a 66-year old man, Kenneth Mosher. He appeared wearing a yellow jumpsuit and orange jail-issued slippers as he arrives in the Buchanan Bounty, Iowa Court, The Daily Beast reported.
He was driving a pickup truck as he heads south to his farm when he swiped into the "John Deer" tractor of Mosher around 8 PM that night. As per reports, he escaped from the scene shortly before the officer arrives for investigation.
Officers have searched for him and he was in no point of cooperating with the law enforcers with the investigation. As such, he was charged with a bond of $10,000 and in which the judge granted such request.
Soules is known for being an amiable guy but latest reports proved him to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages since some of its containers were found at the scene. Being the star of his own season and the only son and inheritor to a multi-million dollar farming operation, such incident which involved him left all his fans in surprise.
New York Times reported that Soules will face an initial hearing on May 2 and the judge informed him that he will face a felony charge of five years imprisonment if proven guilty with the case he is involved with. Will Soules still appear as the charming nice guy to his fans after Iowa court reveals all his records? It seems unlikely to happen now.
