"Dance Moms" star Maddie Ziegler is being slammed by fellow dancers for her bossy behavior. She has been compared to former host Abby Lee Miller as being nearly impossible to work with on set.
After Miller left the show due to the possible prison time on charges of fraud, Ziegler was brought in to fill her spot. Many saw the change in a positive light due to Miller's controlling personality. The show often highlighted this with the young dancers often visibly affected by her outburst.
However, a source close to Ziegler claimed that she is also a nightmare to deal with. Having worked with the teen prodigy on a number of shows the anonymous tipper revealed to Radar Online that many dancers cannot bear working with her.
"She's incredibly bossy," the source says. "She seems to think she is the director of every show she is in!"
Earlier reports have revealed that Maddie Ziegler and the 50-year old Miller did not see eye to eye on set. At times, the two get into heated arguments on set.
The 14-year old also failed to mention Miller in her recent biography titled "The Maddie Diaries: A Memoir." However, she did slam Miller during an interview with People Magazine.
While certainly not scathing, her words did hint subtle discontent in her experiences with Miller. "I'm really glad that I did move on from that, and I did learn a lot from her and we did have some fun times. But I feel like now, I've never been happier in my life," she said.
The source ended by saying that Maddie Ziegler is an amazing dancer. However, she knows this and treats people like crap thinking that they should all bow down to her because of who she is and what she has achieved.
According to Celebeat, Ziegler is slowly becoming like Abby Lee Miller being so pushy and arrogant in her dealings with fellow dancers. However, the 14-year-old dancer revealed that is was intentional as the show wants some drama to keep viewers engaged on the show.
Maddie Ziegler added that she calls her time on "Dance Moms" as "crazy." Now that she has left the show, she admitted that she is happier now.
