Refurbished 13-Inch MacBook Pro With Touch Bar Now Available, MacBook Pro 2017 Possible To Be Equipped With Intel Cannon

With more people looking to purchase refurbished MacBook Pro's, Apple has added the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to its line up. Meanwhile, the MacBook Pro 2017 is said to feature the latest Intel Cannon processor for better power consumption.

According to a report from MacRumors, the base model for the latest refurbished MacBook Pro model will be available in the United States for $1,529, which shows a savings of $270 from Apple's regular price of $1,799. The 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar was just released last October 2016.

An upgraded version of the base model, which will have 16GB of RAM instead of 8GB, is also available for $1,699 or $300 off its regular price. The higher-end model of the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar is available for $1,699, while its upgraded version can be bought for $1,869.

The report said that Apple is assuring that their refurbished models are "thoroughly inspected, tested, cleaned, and repackaged," which will include the gadget's cables and manuals. The company is said to be making the latest refurbished model available in Canada as well and the price reduction ranges between $290 and $250 off.

As for the latest on the Apple MacBook Pro 2017, Blasting News reports that there's a possibility that Apple will be using the latest Intel Cannon chipset on the upcoming model instead of the Intel Kaby Lake.

The report said that the Intel Cannon processor is one of the first SoCs to be built with 10 nm process. This makes the chipset even better than the Kaby Lake when it comes to consuming power efficiently, which would fit well with one of the main concerns with the MacBook Pro 2016.

The new processor is said to be used on the 32GB variant of the MacBook Pro 2017 and will be paired with a better DDR memory, which will make the latest MacBook Pro a powerful laptop. These are all rumours at this point, though, as Apple has even yet to confirm that they will be making the MacBook Pro 2017.

But with people complaining about the MacBook Pro 2016, launched late last year, it's highly likely that Apple will come out with a new one. Check out the video below for more news on the MacBook Pro 2017.
