‘Sorry’ Singer Justin Bieber Comes Clean In Alleged Head-Butting Case

Justin Bieber, the pop icon, can now have a sigh of relief as his name is cleared from the alleged head-butting incident. This event happened in Feb.2017. "Baby" singer allegedly head-butted a guy during a pre-Grammy party in a restaurant.

The alleged incident took place around 2 AM. The police received a "battery report call" at Serafina Sunset Restaurant in West Hollywood. A witness said "that he saw Justin Bieber get into two separate altercations with two bartenders," reported People.

It is alleged that Bieber got angry for filming his video of having a tiny tussle with Kyle Massey. The website further reports, that the "What do you mean?" singer was asked to leave the restaurant by the witness. But, while having an argument he suddenly head-butted the person.

Almost two months after the event, the alleged charges on Bieber has been dropped. Lawyers of the "Love Yourself" singer did not have a sit-down with the L.A. County Sheriff's, reported TMZ. The report also adds that the alleged victim of the head-butting incident also did not respond to the inquiries and remained radio silent.

What exactly made the victim remain silent has not been revealed yet. The victim of the head-butting incident had no "visible marks." And in addition refused to file a police report, and receive medical attention. Perhaps, there was no solid evidence to prove the charges. And hence they were now dropped.

In addition to this, the aforementioned source says that Serafina Restaurant Group spokeswoman has refused involvement of their staff in the alleged incident. She said that they always have a good experience with singer Bieber in the restaurant.

This is not the first time he has got into a fight. He has several run-ins with the law and he was once accused of reckless driving. Apart from this, he was arrested in 2014 on suspicion of driving under the influence, together with singer Khalil.
