"Panamanian airline Copa will begin daily nonstop flights to Boston, Massachusetts, bringing the total of U.S. destinations served by the airline to eight, and making Copa the first airline to offer direct connecting service between Boston and Central and South America, through the Hub of the Americas in Panama," according to Bloomberg.com.
"Boston will be the eighth U.S. city in Copa's network. Travelers will be able to fly nonstop from Panama to this major U.S. city; passengers from cities such Sao Paulo, Bogota, San Jose, Lima and Santiago, among others, will have increased access to convenient connections, according to Copa's press release.
"This will make Copa the first airline to connect Boston with Central and South America through the Hub of the Americas in Panama. The new direct Panama - Boston flight will operate daily with convenient schedules," reported bloomber.com.
"Copa also will expand its fleet, taking delivery of seven state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft with the Sky Interior design; Copa's fleet will reach 90 aircraft by the end of 2013," stated Copa's press release.

Taking the most-expensive round-trip-fare price of $298, it is still going to be cheaper than most other airlines traveling the same distance or route and the $98 round-trip fare, is a great deal for business trips, a short-distance vacation or visiting family who don't live close enough to drive to.
"As for the fine print, the sale covers nonstop flights from April 3 through June 8. The cheapest sale fares will disappear from flights as they begin to sell out. All Sunday flights are excluded. System-wide blackout dates are May 10, 17, 23-24 and 27-28. In New England, April 12-13 and 15-16 are blacked out for flights at Boston, Providence and Manchester, N.H," according to USA Today.
Also, "tickets must be purchased Thursday by 11:59 p.m. in the time zone of the originating city," according to USA Today.
