The prince admitted that he went through a total chaos for two years and that he was even close to a complete breakdown. He also revealed that he went through psychotherapy three years ago since his brother Prince William urged him to do so.
Further, Harry, who is now 32 years old, also confirmed that engaging himself in boxing also helped him recover from that aggression. The prince decided to open up about the issue in order to break the rumors around his mental health issue.
