Key for Success in the Dating World: Traveling or Lying About It

Traveling can be more than just a self-enriching experience. It can be more than a group tour of Europe with friends. Traveling can lead to finding a significant other, or, at least, a playmate.

According to a survey done by Intrepid Travel having traveled and/or being pictured in certain spots around the country or globe can trigger the interest of potential girlfriends/boyfriends/mistakes found out later in life, after sending time together...it appears that travel experience is a turn-on:

"It means one is curious of the world around and is open-minded," according to the survey.

Of those surveyed, 89 percent said they felt those interested in travel were adventurous and just under 70 percent thought they were cultured as well.

It is also fair to point out that 19 percent felt that traveling meant having enough income to dispose of. Money is always a factor for those looking for a "sugar daddy" or for those with money. People with money know that if the person they are interested in have money, they won't be after their money.

This isn't the first survey done by this group, In a study released last year, they determined that people found adventurous travelers a lot more alluring than the basic backpacker.

What is the meaning of this study?

Simple, if in need of a date or looking for something long-term, but don't know where to start, just bring up travel experience. If one doesn't have any travel experience, just lie-a little lie never hurt anyone.

However, be aware: for a lie to work, the lier has to believe it. It has to be the truth for them. Another bit of advice, just in case pictures are needed, use Photoshop--the significant other will never find know the different--if done well enough.
