He knows that he is fat, but apparently, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie isn't afraid of showing it.
During the Governor's interview on The Late Show with David Letterman he was all laughs-even pulled a donut out from his pocket-guess he was hungry?
"I didn't know this was going to be this long," Christie joked while munching, according to CNN.
What the governor showed by this display is that he can take a joke and also play along.
Though his family and friends still suggest that he lose "serious" weight, Christie is proud to point out that according to doctors, his health is "startlingly good," according to CNN.
His blood sugar and cholesterol levels are normal, according to Christie.
"I'm basically the healthiest fat guy you've ever seen in your life," he joked, reported CNN.
However, if deciding to run for president in 2016, his weight could come into debate.
His weight has already been brought up with many feeling his size and possible health risks could deter him from being Commander and Chief.
The Governor himself admitted to ABC's Barbara Walters he's "more than a little" overweight, when asked if his size could hinder his ability to run for the White House he said "I don't know what the basis for that is."
"I've done this job pretty well, and I think people watched me for the last number of weeks in Hurricane Sandy doing 18 hour days and getting right back up the next day and still being just as effective in the job, so I don't really think that would be a problem," he said, as stated by CNN.
When Letterman pressed about his consideration for office, he was clear to state that right now he is "nowhere near making that decision. I have [to] think anybody who tries to plan at politics that far in advance is crazy, because the world's changed, your life changes," he said, adding that in 2012 his entire family was against him running for the White House, reported CNN.
