Lindsay Lohan Turned Away: Actress Blacklisted from Two L.A. Hotels After Room-Trashing Incidents

Another day, another Lindsay Lohan story-this time Lohan was blacklisted by two L.A. hotels, Shutters Hotel and Loews Hotel.

Arriving in L.A. for her court hearing, Lohan, along with her mother, walked into The Shutters Hotel only for the hotel ownership to refuse giving "troubled" 26-year-old actress a room.

Lohan's blacklisting is due to an 2007 room-trashing incident, when Lohan, along with then-boyfriend, Riley Giles, reportedly got into a "heated argument."

Her shunning from Loews Hotel appears to be for the same reasons, reports just claim that the management informed Lohan "there were no open rooms for her to stay in."

With both hotels no longer an option, the Lohan women checked into a luxury room at the Beverly Hills Hotel and prepared for Lohan's court hearing appearance.

The same court hearing that only yesterday Lohan claimed to be "too sick to fly" to from New York, but was later photographed shopping in SoHo.

"After discovering that she could be arrested for lying and not appearing in court, Lindsay and her mother booked an immediate flight from New York," the Christian Post reported.

Though things don't look to good for Lohan, her attorney, Mark Heller "believes he can get Lindsay acquitted of all criminal charges stemming from her car accident in Santa Monica last summer," an unnamed source said. "Lindsay has convinced Mark that she never lied to cops when they asked her if she was driving the car that day."

The unnamed source added, "there was a plea bargain offer on the table for Lindsay to go to rehab for nine months, but she absolutely refused that. Mark won't sign off on a deal that sends Lindsay to rehab for more than 60 days."

According to Enstarz, Heller is quoted as saying during the count hearing, "justice has to be tempered with mercy. Even mean-spirited people should want to see an alternative used to jail. Her life has been under a magnifying glass with a great public interest in her case," Heller said. "I am very proud to be a part of this process to make sure justice is served."

One would think after all these problems, Lohan would lay low and stay out of trouble, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Maybe, even if Heller doesn't want it to happen, jail could be the only measure left to take in order for her to receive that wake-up call she so desperately needs.
