Tom Brady might not have made it to the Super Bowl this year, but being married to supermodel Gisele Bundchen would be enough for anybody-evidentially not.
Behold, Brady's and Bundchen's Californian dream home
Spanning 22,000 square feet and costing $20 million, it took three years to complete and has everything that anyone could or would ever want.
The Detroit Free Press describes it as a "virtual castle."
Why? Let's take a closer look:
A football-field size backyard.
Resort-style swimming pool.
Custom park.
A moat.
Yes, it isn't a spelling error. The mansion is equipped with a moat.
Guessing, just in case the Spartans want to attack or if "the british are coming," the Brady family will be safe and sound from the danger.
Last week Brady was fined by the NFL for a high kick against Ed Reed of the Baltimore Ravens. For a man who is worth $100 million, according to celebritynetworth.com, the fine did little to no harm, probably didn't even notice it was gone. It is the equivalent of him playing one down.
The house should give the Brady family no problems getting on the most-expensive celebrity house list.
Granted, it is nowhere near Aaron Spelling's $150 million, 56,500 square feet palace or Bill Gate's $147.5 million estate, but $20 million is still $20 million.
With the New England Patriots out of the playoffs, Brady has time to unpack his things and get comfortable.
It is a shame really, with Eli Manning's New York Giants not even making the playoffs, Brady (0-2 against Eli in the Super Bowl), if he actually made it to the Super Bowl, would have a great shot of winning his fourth championship.
Wonder what it would be like watching the Super Bowl on his television set?
The mansion look even better in this video.
