'Fairy Tail' Movie Update: Film May Shed Light On Natsu's Past And Show His Instinct Awaken

Dragon Cry is an artifact with the power to destroy the world, and it is kept in the Kingdom of Fiore. A traitor stole it, and the Fairy Tail Mages are requested to bring it back. This is the plot of the "Fairy Tail" movie.

Zash delivered the Dragon Cry to Animus, the king of the Kingdom of Stella. The Mages meet Sonya, Animus' magician, during their mission, but it seems like she has a secret of her own. Meanwhile, at the middle of the battle, Natsu's instinct awakens.

The trailer for "Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry" has just been released and it shows familiar faces like Lucy, Natsu, Juvia, Grey, Erza, and Happy, ComicBook said. The movie will also show Natsu's past as he was raised by Igneel. Igneel is also known as The Fire Dragon King, and he is depicted as a loving father.

"Dragon Cry" is will also reportedly tease the manga series' conclusion, and a clip will be offered to confirm it. Expect the movie to be great since the people behind it are industry professionals. "Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry" is directed by Tatsuma Minamikawa, Shoji Yonemura did the script, and Yuuko Yamada oversaw the character design.

According to Crunchyroll, advanced tickets are already on sale for "Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry" and it opens on May 6 in Japan. The film has also introduced the voice actors, which include Jiro Saito as Zash; Makoto Furukawa, also known as Saitama in "One-Punch Man," will do King Animus' voice; and Aoi Yuki as Sonya.

An official website for the "Fairy Tail" movie has been launched to update fans of the movie's progress. Two weeks ago, the website began streaming 30-second clips of random scenes from the movie. The movie, although based on the manga, will tackle a different storyline, so it's definitely something to watch out for, especially for "Fairy Tail" fans.
