Days after its initial release, the "Nintendo Switch" has become the company's fastest-selling console ever in the US. However, some owners complained about issues, especially with the Joy-Cons. There are those who claim that the left Joy-Con has sync issues.

There have been reports about the "Switch" dock scratching the tablet screen. However, the most popular issue the company is receiving is about the Joy-Cons. A lot of owners claim that they have not experienced this issue yet, but there has been a handful who has shared their experience.

The left Joy-Con desynchronizes in TV mode between the controller and the "Switch" is blocked. For example, if you are playing a game on TV mode, and someone passes by, the connection would be interrupted temporarily. Nintendo is already aware of the issue, although they said they have not experienced it themselves.

Time has recently interviewed Nintendo's North American president Reggie Fils-Aimé, and he said that they have seen the inquiries and they want as much consumer feedback as possible. He also said that they are in a fact-finding mode, and they are aware and have seen some of the reports.

Nintendo wants to get as much information as possible from customers to better understand the issue, and the company is encouraging customers to contact their support team. Fils-Aimé also said that they are going to see what the next steps are, Engadget reported.
