5SOS Singer Luke Hemmings Talks About Personal Life, Says Band Aims At Getting Big

5SOS' Luke Hemmings is the band's front man and together with Michael Clifford (guitarist), Calum Hood (bassist), Ashton Irwin (drummer), they made amazing music together. They have hit songs like "Amnesia," "Don't Stop," "Good Girls," "She Looks So Perfect," and "Heartbreak Girl."

Luke Hemmings was born in Sydney, Australia to Andrew and Liz Hemmings. He has two brothers, Jack and Ben. Together with his high school pals, they formed the 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) band.

The boys were just ordinary faces back home. They were hardly known. But the four funny boys made one hit song and they hit the jackpot. Now, they are one of the famous bands in Australia if not the best.

According to Earn the Necklace, the reason why the boys are unperturbed when it comes to intrigues and bad publicities is that they do not care at all. If people thing that they will not become big, the more they are challenged. According to Ashton Irwin, the spokesman of the group, they are so proud of their music, they love it and they are lionhearted and daring. They do not sulk whenever they hear people putting them down.

Luke Hemmings is a fan favorite. Girls just love him and they are obsessed of him. But the 20-year-old singer is already taken. Controversial girlfriend Arzaylea stuck with him despite fans hating her.

Many breakup rumors have been written about them, but the pair is going strong. In fact, just this Valentine's Day, Hemmings shared a photo with his apple of his eyes in a sweet pose as per Hollywood Take. It was captioned, "Happy Valentine's Day to my best friend and partner in crime. Thanks for loving and letting me squish your face."

Luke Hemmings is worth $2.5 million. He and his band mates, despite their top singles and full-packed concerts, are not yet considered moneyed. According to Hemmings, to become wealthy in the industry they have to become big unless a singer becomes a Beyonce, Drake, Rihanna or One Direction. The band that Simon Cowell formed was the group's mentor and supporter. They need a breakthrough to be on top as people nowadays do not buy much music.

5SOS' Luke Hemmings and his buddies are going into that direction. With the way they deal with negative publicity, the way they work, and their amazing good looks and charm, they will surely go a long, long way.
