Kim Kardashian is pregnant with Kanye West's child. The couple has officially announced to the world that they're expecting their first child. West announced the pregnancy during a performance and Kardashian confirmed it on her personal blog.
During a performance on Sunday night, West dropped the bomb that Kardashian is pregnant, TMZ reports. During a freestyle he began singing "Even if it wasn't planned, God brought us a whole new plan." He then explained. "I don't think yall quite understand what I'm saying... cuz now you're having my baby. You're having my baby and you mean so much to me." He then went into the next song and said ""Can we make some noise for my baby mama right quick?"
It wasn't long before sources confirmed the announcement and the Kardashian sisters took to Twitter to celebrate the news.
""Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!," Khloe Kardashian tweeted.
"Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can," said Kourtney.
Kim has now confirmed the announcement herself. She took to her blog to announce it herself. In her blog entry titled "New Year, New Beginnings," she posted a photo of herself with Kanye and said:
"It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo"
According to TMZ, Kardashian is 12 weeks pregnant.
Even though she's pregnant, it won't stop Kardashian from partying on New Year's Eve. She'll be attending a Las Vegas party with Kanye. She'll just have to pass up on the champagne.
