In light of the upcoming season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashian," clan leader and mother to all the Kardashian and Jenner siblings, Kris Jenner, has started doing the promotional rounds for the show. Arguably one of the most anticipated moments of the new installment being Kim Kardashian West's personal recollection of her Paris robbery, Kris admitted that it was difficult for her to listen to her eldest tell the tale of the horrifying experience.
Dropping by at the "Ellen DeGeneres's Show" to talk about the family's new TV outing. The 61-year-old revealed that when they resumed filming for their reality show following Kim's "devastating" experience, no one can get through the first few minutes without getting hysterical." Nevertheless, they eventually pushed through with it because Kim talking about the encounter last October, where masked men broke into her No Address Hotel, held her at gunpoint and stole millions worth of jewelry, "was very therapeutic for her."
For the family matriarch, however, listening to her daughter's very detailed story proved to be a very difficult task. Even until now, Kris shared that it is still a struggle watching the taped clip of Kim crying while she recalled the incident, as seen in the first teaser video for "KUWTK" season 13.
"I just saw some of it. I couldn't even watch the whole thing it was so upsetting. It was such an upsetting time and something so awful happened to somebody you love so much. And it's just like - ugh - it chokes me up every time to think about it," Kris told host, Ellen.
Fans can also expect a significant amount of air time with Kim's infamous husband, Kanye West, during the Paris episode, which Kris reveals will be the second installment of the season. It can be recalled that at the time of the robbery, Kanye was at a concert performing in Queens, New York. The controversial rapper stopped mid-performance and abruptly walked off the stage citing "family emergency" as his reason for leaving after learning about her wife's predicament.
"Keeping Up With The Kardashian" comes back with new episodes on Sunday, March 5, on E!. Aside from Kim's heist incident, the promo for the new season also teases about the real status of Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian's relationship.
