Only a few girls remain to vie for the heart of Nick Viall in "The Bachelor" season 21. The next episode features some lucky ladies going back to their hometown for an exclusive date with Viall.
There have been a lot of spoilers regarding the final rose ceremony of this season. But the network itself gave the biggest spoiler when they announced that Rachel Lindsay, despite still being in the competition, did not actually end up with Nick. She is instead the nest bachelorette.
Carter Matt reports that Rachel and Nick are going back to Dallas in the next episode. While many already know that they don't end up together, the site can't help but think if the hometown date plays a role in Viall not choosing her in the end. Fans of the show know that Lindsay is the first African-American to have made it this far in the reality show.
In the episode, Nick is one of the few white people in the church that Rachel takes him too. They then discuss what it would be like to be an interracial couple, and at the end of their date, Rachel's family seem to really like him. The question now is whether she will admit her feelings to him.
Meanwhile, Life and Style Mag says that Vanessa will be crying at her hometown date with Nick. When she brings Nick to her hometown of Montreal, she becomes anxious as she wants her large Italian family to like Nick. It has also been awhile since she brought someone home.
She admitted previously in "The Bachelor" that she is falling in love with Nick. She has been having an emotional time for the past episodes, and hopefully she will get happier when she sees her family again.
