‘The Big Bang Theory’ Renewed For Two Seasons: Jim Parsons Show Confirmed For Season 11 And 12

After the finale, the cast of the longest-running comedy show on television will get ready for another season and another one after it. Yes, it is two seasons of fun and excitement. Jim Parsons Show "The Big Bang Theory" cast can now relax and rejoice.

It can be recalled that speculations of the cancellation of the show after season 10 has been circulating online. This was caused by the expiration of the contract of the three major stars - Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, and Kaley Cuoco. Because of their huge paycheck demand, negotiations dragged which caused fans to be alarmed.

Now, they have a reason to rejoice as their favorite show has been renewed for two more seasons according to Huffington Post. The story of Sheldon Cooper and Amy Fowler will have more room to explore. Besides, all three major cast members, two more actors received salary increase making them equal in pay with Parsons, Cuoco, and Galecki.

According to TV Line, Jim Parsons was expectant that the show will be renewed. He said that he will be shocked if the show will end with season 10. Glen Geller, CBS President said that they will continue with the show as long as the viewers want it to go beyond season 10.

What is amazing is that the cast is thinking about a season 11 but it turned out season 12 was the extent of the renewal. Now that all have been cleared and placed in its proper perspective, CBS and Warner Bros. can focus on "The Big Bang Theory" spinoff titled "Sheldon."

It will be about Cooper's childhood year, how the smart physicist became what he is. It surely is interesting how a person like him grew up to be extremely intelligent but socially maladjusted. Jim Parsons "The Big Bang Theory" will surely go on from season to seasons.
