Rockstar has recently released "Red Dead Redemption 2" trailer where many fans claimed to have seen Red Harlow. The released trailer sparked a lot of interests as well as speculations on the upcoming game' possible release format and gameplay among others.
"Red Dead Redemption 2" Is A Prequel Of "Red Dead Revolver"
Several Redditors in the RDR2 subreddit claimed to have gotten a glimpse of protagonist Red Harlow in "Red Dead Redemption 2's" latest trailer. They speculated that Red Harlow might actually form part of the seven characters in the new poster image released for the game. According to "RDR2," the upcoming "Red Dead Redemption 2" might not be a sequel at all but rather a prequel or a backstory of some sort. If Red Harlow appeared as a main character in the new game, significantly, he has to be older than the events on "Red Dead Revolver." It can be noted that Red Harlow stars in the game's previous installment, a significant character in the events of the game's mythos.
If the speculations will be proven accurate, unfortunately, this would connote that Red Harlow's story might culminate in "Red Dead Redemption 2." There will have to be a major event to take place to usher the arrival of the main protagonist. Red Harlow technically, has to significantly age through the course of the game. The age of the characters plays an important consideration because John Marston, the main hero of Red Dead Redemption, must be younger than Red Harlow.
Red Harlow As Bounty Hunting Boss
There is also an interesting theory about Red Harlow that fans have thought of. Allegedly, Red Harlow may actually be the "bounty hunting boss" in the "Red Dead Redemption 2." Harlow, after all, has made a name for himself in the bounty hunting business in "Red Dead Revolver." It will not be a surprise if he comes back in the game and maintains the peace once again, says Video Games Republic.
