'NCIS' And 'NCIS: New Orleans' Crossover Episode: What Causes The Tension Between Agents Torres And Gregorio?

Fans are excited to see what will happen in the crossover episode of NCIS" and "NCIS: New Orleans." Here are some details and spoilers on what viewers can expect from the episode.

The "NCIS" episode will have the title "Pandora's Box, Part 1". It will feature everyone's favorite Abby getting arrested. Apparently, her think tank has been compromised and a bomb was found in her possession. Then think tank leader is killed and what is called a "theoretical terror playbook" has been stolen.

TV Line reports that the story then moves to "NCIS" New Orleans" for "Pandora's Box, Part 2." Agent Mcgee (Sean Murray) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) are the ones who will go there. In New Orleans, they will meet up with Agent Pride (Scott Bakula), Sebastian Lund (Rob Kerkovich) and Tammy Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito).

TV Guide reports that McGee and Lund will hit it off well from the time they meet, but the same thing cannot be said about Tammy and Torres. While Sebastian clearly admired McGee's tech skills and rise from the ranks, one can see that there is definitely tension and friction between the latter partners.

Series co-executive producer Chris Silber says it's fun seeing a different team dynamic during crossover episodes. "Torres is a great example. He's brand new and Tammy is pretty new to the New Orleans team. He says the tension is because the two of them are very strong minded, and because they're new to the team, they might think they need to prove themselves.

In the teaser for the "NCIS" and "NCIS: New Orleans" crossover, viewers can see that Torres is doubtful of Tammy's ability to go undercover. He questions whether she can fulfill the part of a lawyer who can speak Arabic. But Tammy shuts him down by saying that she studied law before joining the FBI and that she actually knows some words in Arabic.
