So much happened in the latest episode of "Arrow" Season 5. The team, minus Rene, who stayed to help Quentin with his interview, travel to Russia to capture Walker. Oliver is forced to do the bidding of Anatoly and, by the end of the episode, another member leaves the team.
Entertainment Weekly gave the season 5 episode 12 episode an A rating because of all the stuff that happened. It started with a flashback to Oliver's time with the Bratva. Just as he plans to tell Anatoly about his decision to leave, he gets more involved by suggesting that the only way to confront Gregor again is to kill him.
Back in the present, when the team finds out about Walker going to Russia to sell nuclear weapons, they head there, only for Oliver to come face to face with Anatoly, who punches him for what happened to Alexi Leonov. The team tries to get his help but he replies that Oliver has to do something for him in return.
Oliver refuses to get involved with the Bratva, leaving the task of finding Walker to Felicity. The search for Walker makes Felicity, Rory and Curtis go to a party where the team's resident hacker blackmails an executive to get Walker's location.
The team heads to the general's location, only to discover that it was a trap. They do get a hostage, and Diggle is only too eager to torture the guy to extract information, but Oliver wants to be smarter about it.
Felicity and Diggle's darker side were clearly seen in this episode of "Arrow." Felicity resort to blackmail and Diggle tortures their hostage. This leads Oliver to decide to make a deal with Anatoly, where he got Dinah's help.
The new Black Canary also gave sound advice to Oliver, when he said that being in Russia was pulling him back to his old self. Dinah simply tells him that though his past is a part of him, it does not need to be his anchor.
The episode ends with Walker captured, and Ragman using his rags to protect the city from the blast. This makes his rags lose their powers, and Rory leaves the team, as reported by Screener TV. Oliver also sleeps with Susan the reporter, and she then figures out his secret identity.
