In essence, the two peripherals are only giving the players wide benefits hence their amazing points and ranks. The question now is whether it's really a disadvantage or an advantage for the gamers and the company.
In a report by VG247, it highlights some important thoughts about the "Overwatch" mouse and keyboard issue. Accordingly, Blizzard's ideas about the two devices aren't still clear for the massive followers of the game. They are still insisting on making a formal announcement whether it's cheating if they use the two.
On the other hand, the giant console makers such as Sony and Microsoft are still quiet about the "Overwatch" issue. At some point, they might not be in the same boat as Blizzard because this will result to profit damage on their case. They haven't made a stand on the mouse and keyboard cheating issue.
According to Express, "Overwatch" creator Blizzard already released an announcement that mouse and keyboards are a no-no for the game. The game developer simply wants everyone to continue using the traditional controller.
