Halle Berry's ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, claims that Berry's new fiancé, Olivier Martinez had threatened to kill him. The Huffington Post reported that Aubry claims that Martinez threatened to kill him if he didn't allow Berry and her daughter Naha to move to Paris, where he resides. Aubry dated Berry from 2005 to 2010 and they have a daughter together, Nahla.
The LA Times reported that Aubry and Berry shared custody of the child but in 2011, Berry asked for permission to move to Paris with her daughter. Her request was denied by the Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge.
Berry's new fiancé, Martinez and Aubry got into a fight on Thanksgiving at Berry's Los Angeles Home, reported the LA Times. He reported a fractured rib and bruises to his face as well as cuts on his face that needed stitches. He was then arrested for misdemeanor battery after a phone call to police.
Both Aubry and Martinez ended up in the hospital, reported The Huffington Post. Reportedly, Martinez and Aubry got into an argument after the court decision was made that Berry couldn't take Nahla to Paris to live with her and Martinez. Now, Aubry has said that Martinez is threatening to kill him if he doesn't let Berry take Nahla with her to Paris.
The Huffington Post reported that Aubry quoted Martinez' as saying, "You're lucky we're in school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."
Since the fight at Berry's home, she has gotten a restraining order against Aubry which requires him to stay 100 yards away from her until Dec. 3. A hearing is slated for Dec.13 in which, if convicted, Aubry could face six months jail time.
