Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton really knows how to anger One Direction fans. The loyal boy band fans fired back after Perez wrote another tweet that upset them.
On Friday, Perez commented on an ongoing Twitter fight between Zayn Malik of One Direction and Max George of The Wanted. The two boy band members were having a playful feud on the social networking site.
At one point, George told Malik" @zaynmalik enjoy rehearsals. Stay off the bud... It clearly makes u cranky," suggesting that he smokes weed.
Perez Hilton stepped in with his own jab, saying "@MaxTheWanted @zaynmalik So Zayn is a big stoner? I could see that! He seems like he'd be the druggie of the group!"
One Direction fans saw the tweet and immediately fired back, attacking the gossip blogger. Perez Hilton soon became a top trend on Twitter. Perez Hilton has since deleted his tweet, but One Directioners are still saying awful things to him.
Perez retweeted some of the attacks that he received from One Direction fans.

This isn't the first time Perez angered One Direction fans. Back in August, he published a story and a tweet about Zayn Malik deleting his Twitter account. He suggested that the deletion meant that One Direction was breaking up, which upset the fans again.
"One Direction's Zayn Malik DELETES His Twitter! Called it! I said he'd be the first to leave 1D! This is the beginning (sic)," Perez said.The tweet set Twitter ablaze again and Perez Hilton's name became a top trend as fans once again fought back at the blogger.
