You Can Now Stay At Walt Disney's Technicolor Dream House In Palm Spring

You can now stay at Walt Disney's Technicolor home in Palm Springs. For a price between $ 1,820 and $4,840 a week, you can enjoy this dreamy home of the man behind everyone's happily ever after.

Walt built the house in 1962, and it was during this time that his famous TV show, "Walt Disney Presents" upgraded from black-and-white to color, shifting its name to "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color." The Palm Springs paradise is unsurprisingly influenced by this shift. The house is an explosion of reds, blues, and yellows making for a Technicolor experience with theatrical art deco influences. The present owners have affectionately preserved Walt's vision of desert luxury. Up until now, the house is sprawling with vivacious and beautiful dynamic color scheme and most of the furniture.

Walt Disney's Technicolor home is now available as a vacation rental home. The place is located on the second fairway of the Indian Canyons North Course. The present Walt Disney's Technicolor home is predominantly the same as when the Disney family lived here, it just got a touch of modern influence. At present, LA Times notes that it has four flat screen televisions, high-speed internet, updated kitchen and a Sonos Sound System enabling guests to play their music through iPhone, laptop, or iPad.

Walt Disney's Technicolor home has a massive room that provides dining for eight. In addition, it has a gas fireplace, two large sofas plus occasional chairs. The kitchen can accommodate either individual or group meal preparation. Along the back of the house are glass walls showing pool and golf course views as well as direct access to the covered outdoor dining and recreation area, says Acme House.

Walt Disney's Technicolor home has four spacious bedrooms with comfortable and uniquely furnished with magic Disney's touch. Every room has a private ensuite bath and full closet space. Furthermore, there are two master suites, each with a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and direct access to the pool and patio. The third guest room has a flat screen television and two twin beds that can be altered to a king size upon request. Moreover, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
