‘Nintendo Switch’ Confirmed Launch Games: 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild', 'I am Setsuna' And More Interesting Titles!

"Nintendo Switch" is set to have its worldwide release on March 3. The "hybrid" home console has already a list of confirmed games that will come alongside it at launch, and we have listed some of the interesting titles.

During the Switch news event on January 12, it was confirmed that "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is going to be one of the launch titles, GameSpot reported. The upcoming action-adventure is the 19th installment in the "The Legend of Zelda" series, and the first original game in the series with an HD resolution. The game got very positive pre-release reception, and even ranked number one in its countdown of most-anticipated upcoming video games at Game Trailers.

GameZone reported that "I am Setsuna" is also a confirmed game for "Nintendo Switch." The game will be available as a digital day one launch title, and will also include exclusive new features such as "Temporal Battle Arena," where in players can enjoy thrilling battles against other players' parties. The game tells the story of a young woman who users her great power and inner strength to save other people. This game got a 32 out of 40 from Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu. It's old school design appealled to a lot of gamers.

Other confirmed launch games are: "1-2-Switch," "The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+," "Just Dance 2017," "Skylanders: Imaginators," as well as "Super Bomberman R." These titles are the only confirmed launch titles for now, which is lesser than the 23 launch titles that the "Wii U" when it was released in 2012.

These games will be available for "Nintendo Switch" in March or spring: "Arms (Spring 2017)," "Has-Been Heroes (March 2017),"Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (April 28)," "Puyo Puyo Tetris (Spring 2017)," and "Snipperclips, Cut It Out Together (March 2017)." Meanwhile, "Rime" and "Splatoon 2" will be available in summer.
