Mandy Moore Shuts Off Controversial Theories On ‘This Is Us’; NBC’s No.1 Rated To Get Season 2 Renewal

"This Is Us" has gotten some theories of controversy lately especially with Mandy Moore's character as Rebecca and Jon Huertas as Miguel. One of the biggest mysteries that linger in the show has been finally shut off by Moore just recently. Many wondered how Rebecca and Miguel got together after the death of Jack, Rebecca's husband.

The only thing that audience was sure of was that Rebecca and Miguel got married after Jack passed away but many theories were coming on how such relationship had started. Did Rebecca actually cheat from her husband? Those were the theories that been making rounds in the "This is Us" community.

According to Glamour Celebs, Rebecca's children do not have exactly the best relationship with Miguel. Kevin (Justin Hartley) was one who's really rude to his step dad during the thanksgiving episode. There was also one scene where Miguel told Jack about how lucky he was for having Rebecca which generally concludes that he might really have eyes for the woman. This was the theory and if this was true it would surely be heart breaking.

Further, it was known that Rebecca and Jack had been through a lot in their relationship especially at times where they had dealt with so many relationship issues. Thankfully, Mandy Moore has shut down the issue about cheating and that it was not true.

According to her, Rebecca was not unfaithful to Jack and that Miguel and Rebecca got married right after Jack's death. Finally, the theory has been put to bed. Meanwhile, this NBC's top rated show has gotten a two-season renewal in the channel.

As per Forbes, the network has ordered eighteen more episodes to be shown on the next two seasons. This has been a smart move for the network since up to date; the show gained about 72 million total viewers on all platforms. According to NBC, they were proud of having the best and highest-rated television dramas of today.
