Oregon's authentic farm girl Lainey Morse got a huge surprise last year when her "goat yoga" suddenly became a worldwide hype. Accordingly, there are now 900 and more people in the waiting list. They are all excited to experience the therapeutic yoga experience while the goats are prancing on around. Definitely, it's a must to hear more about this latest R & R adventure.
According to Travel + Leisure, the amazing discovery started when a birthday party visitor recommended Morse's place as a yoga site. Indeed, the scenic view of Coastal Mountains, Willamette Valley and goat farm provide a good escape for people who want to escape the city life.
"Goats are perfect for the yoga practice because it's not only combining nature and animals, it's combining yoga, and they all go together so well," Morse told as quoted by CNN. Notably, those in the waiting list are all clamoring to try how goats can actually help them reach to nature better. When yogis are on the floor, the animals are free to roam the area where they get cuddled and petted. Supposedly, the mix is really beneficial for lifting stress, anxiety, and depression.
Most of the people coming in Morse's "No Regret" farm literally never feel remorse after trying the yoga practice. "It certainly seems to be - reviewers refer to the experience as "calming," "relaxing" and "fun," she told Washington Post in a phone interview. Lastly, she often interacts with her guests and they tell her how wonderful the baby goats to be a beneficial meditation partners.
