‘This Is Us’: Jack Pearson Is Going To Die, Milo Ventimiglia Gives Teasers

People already know that Jack Pearson's time is limited, and fans ask if it really is the end of the character. "This Is Us" revealed Jack's fate and fans are heartbroken. Tuesday's episode answered viewer's question: Yes, Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) is dead.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Jack's death was unexpectedly revealed - through Kate (Chrissy Metz) has with Toby's (Chris Sullivan) conversation. He deliberately bothers her sacred Sunday ritual of watching football alone in her home, and when Toby concedes about never bothering her again on Sundays during football season, she explained why the tradition is sacred to her.

In another moment, Kevin (Justin Hartley) shared a colorful painting with his nieces, when he said: "My dad, he's not with us anymore. He's not alive, but he's with us, with me, every day. It all just sort of fits somehow, even if you don't understand how yet. People will die in our lives, people that we love -- in the future, maybe tomorrow, maybe years from now."

Tuesday's episode made a lot of people cry, and as a matter of fact, Milo Ventimiglia himself admitted that he cried three times. He knows about Jack's fate, though. In an interview with The Wrap, he said that even though his character is dead, but he is not going anywhere. The actor said that it's safe to say that Jack will be around for the life of the show.

The question is, how did Jack die? It's possible that the next episode will answer how. Ventimiglia said that some bombs will be dropped in next week's episode, and then a lot more will happen starting episode 13. Ventimiglia confirmed that the last 13 episodes of Season 1 are going to be a rollercoaster ride. "This Is Us" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
