Do you want a coffee that will stay hot all the same since you made it his morning? Do you want it warm when you reach the office or when you cross the borders of Canada?
Americans have invented a coffee container that will control the temperature of your coffee as hot as you want it to be. Ember, as it is called, is a battery powered coffee cup that has a base you can turn a dial to set your ideal coffee temperature.
It will hold your coffee at that certain temp as good as you can drink whole from it. Maybe, it won't stay like that forever because it'll only last for two hours. How to have forever with your hot coffee? When the battery is low, stick your phone through the USB port of Ember for a Bluetooth charge up. It's through conductive charging that you can heat up your coffee again.
Which means, if you want to travel to long distances, your coffee will still be good and as hot as hell. The Bluetooth pair will also let you change temperatures of the coffee, name your cup and other serves other features.
According to Ember themselves, "The Ember mug will rapidly cool your hot coffee or tea down to the temperature you choose and then hold it at that exact temperature for hours on end." The lid has also an innovative design that is specially made to feel like you're drinking from a ceramic mug, 'with a perfect lip interface and a 360° drinking experience.'
Ember's lid is engineered with an open design to allow for easy cleaning as well. And speaking of engineering, the company has 'patented thermal technology, a microprocessor controlled heating system, a rotating temperature dial, space-grade thermal insulation, and a patented phase change cooling system."
In other words, they created the 'world's most advanced mug.' What do you think? Oh, you can only buy them at Starbucks, though. Or online.
