Actor Jack Scalia has been arrested at Los Angeles International Airport. The Associated Press eported that TSA found an handgun that was unloaded in his carry-on bag
Scalia, 61, is known for his acting roles in the tv shows, "Dallas," "All My Children" and "Remington Steel" was arrested on Thursday afternoon because of the unloaded gun.
E! News reported that he was stopped at approximately 1 p.m.. Scalia has been charged with possession of a concealed handgun and was booked at LAX airport's police station.
TMZ reported that after TSA searched him, a novelty police badge was also discovered in his pocket.
The gun was a 9mm glock, reported TMZ.
Scalia was on the popular show, "Dallas from 1987-1991" E! News reported and has also appeared on "General Hospital" and tv movies, reported E! News.
Scalia's website says of his work, "he has starred in a near record thirteen television series.
