From Los Angeles to Abu Dhabi, Find Out Where The 'Fast and Furious 7' Was Filmed

The movie franchise of "The Fast and the Furious" has amassed millions of fans since the first movie came out. The film, which features illegal street racing and heists done by its stars, has been filmed in various locations all over the world. The latest release in the franchise featured an iconic home in the franchise plus some new locations that will be forever remembered by its fans.

722 East Kensington Road, Echo Park, Los Angeles - True fans of the series will recognize this private home as the house of Dominic Torreto (Vin Diesel). Although most of the movie was based on the Atlanta Media Campus and Studios, as reported by Movie Locations, this home, which in the movie was actually bombed by Deckard Shaw, still stands in its original location.

The famous Shibuya Crossing was briefly shown when Sung Kang's character Han was killed by the brother of Owen Shaw. Another movie location was Azerbajian, although the crew did not really go there as instead, the shots were just filmed in Pike Peaks, Colorado.

The next location is the exotic Abu Dhabi, where the team arrives at the luxurious Emirates Palace Hotel, in order to get the device. And although in the movie, a penthouse in the Etihad Towers was shown, in is unfortunately, a movie set built in the studio.

As "Fast and Furious 7" draws to an all-out war, the crew went back to filming in LA and Atlanta. In LA, shots of the LA River and the Disney Concert Hall are seen from above, while in Atlanta some action scenes were depicted near the CNN center.

Perhaps the most memorable scene in the movie is the end when the team bids Brian goodbye in the beaches of Malibu as they realize that his life has taken a turn because of his family. The late actor Paul Walker's brother Cody stood in for his brother who died before filming finished, and the film closes with an aerial shot of Malibu as the two cars go on their separate ways.
