"Teen Mom 2" Jenelle Evans has been in a legal battle in the custody of her son with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith. Her custody battles, one with her mom who rears 7-year-old Jace and with Griffith for 2-year-old Kaiser, are affecting her current relationship with the father of her third child.
In a recent "Teen Mom 2" clip, she was seen having a confrontation with Griffith over the phone as reported by The Stir. The issue is that her ex-fiance wants his son to spend the weekend with him. Evans denied it telling him that they should wait for the court decision on the custody.
David Eason her current partner is not convinced of the idea although Jenelle Evans seems impressed with on the father's concern for his son. The pair had a fight as to whether she gives in to Griffith's request. The three parties can now have peace of mind and the ex-partners can share Kaiser legally.
Us Weekly reported that the court has recently arrived at a decision regarding their custody battle. In the January 9 episode, Evans was in court to know the court decision. The custody settlement was acceptable to both parties. The boy will spend the first, third, and fourth weekend of the month with his father. After the deal, Nathan Griffith wanted to see Kaiser immediately which is a good sign that he is making good his role as a father.
Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans is expecting a baby daughter. She announced on Twitter that she is expecting her daughter named Ensley Jolie Eason with David Eason on January 28. The news of her third pregnancy was first publicized when she had a car crash on July 6, 2016. In the police report, it says she is 10 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident.
"Teen Mom 2" Jenelle Evans & David Eason can now live in harmony as the custody of Kaiser was settled. In more than two weeks, they will have another bundle of joy to care for. Stay tuned for more mom dramas.
